Job description:
You will be required to source products for the construction industry from manufacturers. Working from Malaysia you will be sourcing in the South East Asia region. These products will be exported to the USA and the Latin American region. You will travel to the USA and in the South East Asian region.
Key Requirements:
Excellent negotiation skills are needed. Desirable is a person with 3+ years experience in Purchasing and Supply Chain management. Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus but not a requirement. A sound understanding of export law and sourcing experience is also important. We are looking for a self driven, motivated and ambitious person. You should be able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English & Bahasa Malay; this is not a requirement, but a big plus. Our candidate should be a competent user of computerized IT Systems such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and should be familiar with CRM basics.
